



PC2Fax is the reverse technology of Fax2Email.
PC2Fax enables the VBC user to fax any document from a personal computer ("PC") to a fax destination using the FoneWorx fax driver and software.
Full functionality, including daily audit trails, balances, successful and unsuccessful transmissions are provided.

SMS enables the VBC user to send single or bulk SMS's to all mobile networks ant to Telkom SMS subscribers.
The service enables the recipient to send a reply SMS to the sender. FoneWorx's SMS backbone is connected to Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and Telkom which enables the user to send bulk SMS's.
All SMS's "sent or "received" are date and time stamped and the status of delivery is logged.

Centralised Account Payments allows VBC users the ability to not only consolidate monthly bills for a single payment, but also the ability to store statements from creditors in a folder system which is easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
Centralised Account Payments allows the VBC user to setup "designated payees" in a simple format that allows participating creditors to remit statements to the Centralised Account payments portal.
VBC users will then receive an SMS when each statement arrives and users can then use various bearer technologies, such as: Web, IVR, SMS, to determine the amount the user wishes to pay for each creditor and make one instruction to pay.
The user's account will be debited for the aggregated amount and each creditor will be paid the specified value. To be released at the end of Q2, 2006.

The VBC reminder service enables the user to predefine the date and time the user wishes to send a customised SMS or Email to a specified person as an "event reminder".
You can preset as far into the future as you desire by simple using the calendar, date and time facility to provide a full event planner, Full logs are provided to show the user what are in the event logs for execution or historical events.

The VBC Internet Telephone or Voice over IP (VoIP) will enable you to utilise your broadband connection to communicate with your other VBC Internet subscribers at no charge and to make calls to non-VBC subscribers on either PSTN or PLMN networks at dramatically lower costs.

VBC users can now make multi-party calls by using the conference call IVR platform.
The originator of the conference call will establish the number of participants (max 30) and submit and SMS to each participant with the date, time and PIN to "join the conference".
On the designated time each participant will phone the relevant access number, enter the PIN and the announced as participant.
